Lesson Description
This first tour places you: you put the panel in a comfortable area and understand its organisation by blocks. You identify the line that separates the “master buttons” (layers, masks and adjustments) from the rest, and you recognise the areas for blend modes, filters, finishing tools and utilities. You will also see the new area for selections and selection modification, the role of Apply Mask, and the top part dedicated to stars and advanced tools.
What you will learn
- Arrange your workspace by placing the panel where it's most comfortable for you.
- Identify the section of master buttons and why is it the basis of the flow.
- Recognise the blending modes, adjustments, filters and finishing areas.
- Locate the selection zone.
- Activate or deactivate help messages.
Advice
If it's your first time with Art Panel, leave Show Tooltips activated: saves you from memorising buttons and greatly speeds up learning the panel.
