Cancellation and Withdrawal

In accordance with the provisions of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, and in particular the regulation of package travel, the following general conditions are established for cancellation or withdrawal by the client in relation to the products and services offered through www.artenocturno.com:

➤ 1. Online courses and software

In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts relating to the supply of digital content (such as online courses or software) when the execution has begun with the express prior consent of the consumer and with their acknowledgement that they will lose their right of withdrawal.

The specific conditions for each type of product are detailed below:

• Online Courses: Although legally there is no right of withdrawal once the content has been accessed, at Arte Nocturno we want to guarantee your satisfaction. For this reason, we voluntarily offer a 100% refund% of the amount paid if requested within the period of three (3) days natural from the date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after this period.

• B) Software (Art Panel Pro): In the case of the Art Panel Pro plugin, the customer receives the download link and/or the license key immediately or within a maximum of a few hours after payment. By confirming the purchase, the customer expressly consents to this immediate delivery and acknowledges that loses its right of withdrawal. Therefore, and given the nature of the product (digital file and licence of use), No exchanges, returns, or refunds are accepted. for the software once access has been granted, the download link or activation key. 

  Note on requirements and support
  Art Panel Pro requires Photoshop (Desktop) official v24.7.0 or higher. Functionality is not guaranteed, nor is support provided, for earlier versions or on unsupported installations/environments (incomplete, modified, or third-party managed installations, or networks that block activation/validation). This does not affect the consumer's statutory rights regarding conformity where applicable.

➤ 2. Workshops and trips

In the in-person workshops and photographic trips organised by ARTRA TOURS (C.I.MU.509.m), there is no right of withdrawal, as these are services with a specific start date or execution period (Art. 103.l of RDL 1/2007).

The client may cancel their participation at any time before the start. Cancellation must be communicated in writing to the contact email address. From the date of receipt of such notification, the following conditions will apply.

3. Cancellation fees for workshops and trips

• More than 60 days before the start: refund of the amount paid, less a 30%% for management and booking fees.

• Between 60 and 31 days before the start: 50%% refund of the total amount paid.

• 30 days or less before arrival: the amount paid is non-refundable.

In case of non-attendance or voluntary withdrawal during the event, no refund will be issued.

➤ 4. Participant Substitution

The customer may transfer their place to another person who meets the event's requirements, provided they notify us at least 7 calendar days in advance. The transfer may incur additional costs related to changes in named bookings.

➤ 5. Cancellation by the organisation (Arte Nocturno and/or Artra Tours)

Arte Nocturno and/or Artra Tours may cancel a workshop or tour for justified reasons, such as not reaching the minimum number of participants or due to circumstances beyond our control. In this case, the client will be offered:

• 100% refund% of amounts paid.

• Or the possibility of participating in another similar event on alternative dates.

➤ 6. Reimbursement

Where applicable, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the notification of cancellation by the customer or the organisation.

➤ 7. Recommendations

It is recommended to take out cancellation or assistance insurance that covers unforeseen events such as illness, accident, or personal reasons that may prevent participation in workshops or trips.
