POLÍTICAS DE RESERVA, ACEPTACIÓN DE CONDICIONES Y CANCELACIÓN

• Weather conditions: Si las condiciones climáticas no son favorables en alguno de los días del taller (por ejemplo, tormentas, nubosidad, viento fuerte, lluvia o nieve), las actividades planificadas pueden ser canceladas o sustituidas por otras alternativas. El clima en Lofoten es impredecible, y al inscribirte aceptas la posibilidad de no poder fotografiar la aurora boreal o visitar localizaciones específicas si las condiciones no lo permiten.
• ResponsibilityEach participant is responsible for their own actions throughout the workshop, as well as for any damage, theft, loss, or accident that may occur.
• Cancellation policy: Puedes cancelar tu reserva sin costo alguno hasta el 26 de septiembre de 2024. Si cancelas después de esa fecha, no se reembolsará el importe pagado.
• Group confirmation: El taller requiere un grupo mínimo de 3 personas para ser confirmado.
• Flexibility and itinerary changes: Dado el carácter impredecible de las condiciones climáticas y otros factores logísticos en Lofoten, el itinerario del taller puede estar sujeto a cambios. Me reservo el derecho de modificar el itinerario según sea necesario para maximizar la experiencia fotográfica y garantizar la seguridad de todos los participantes.
• Acceptance of Terms When Making a ReservationWhen paying the reservation for the workshop, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted the Booking, Acceptance of Terms and Conditions, and Cancellation Policies established. This acceptance is binding and will apply to all aspects concerning the booking and participation in the workshop.
